Note: In accordance with Massachusetts law an individual may contribute up to $500 per calendar year to a candidate’s committee. A political action or people’s committee may contribute up to an aggregate of $500 a year to a candidate’s committee. Contributions from a business or professional corporation, or any organization comprised of those organizations are not allowed. Individuals may use their unincorporated businesses to make individual campaign contributions. The contributions must be attributable to an individual partner and/or proprietor and counts against that person’s $500 contribution limit. Each contributor must furnish their name and address for all contributions and Occupation and Employer for contributions over $200 in a calendar year.
